3. In Module 6 we gave as an example a manufacturer of instant coffee, investigating a recent fall in sales. We want you to pretend that you work for the coffee manufacturer and design a questionnaire that could be sent out to consumers. Revise page 26 to remind yourself what information you need to obtain from your questionnaire and then think carefully about the types of questions you will use and the words you will use. Make sure you set out the questionnaire neatly and that the results will be easy to analyse. [15 marks]
