Assume that two tools (T01, T02), as shown below, are available for usage, and the cutter tip is in ideal shape in the figure (with zero radius). The width of T02 is 3 mm .
Write TWO part programs for the corresponding roughing and finishing machining processes. The depth of cut for each roughing layer is 2 mm , and finishing allowance is 1 mm .
