$3.$ Numbers Review $-$ You will have $2$ files for the Numbers Review section. File one will be a razor page called NumberReview. File two will be a Razor Component called DisplayNumbers which uses three variables Start, End and Step to print all the numbers in the Start to End range that increments by the step Value $($e$.$g Start is $2,$ end is $100,$ step is $5,$ the count would be $2,7,12,17,...).$

Show the Start, End and Step values and add a button called "Display Numbers". You will also display a count of the numbers being printed called NumCount. This will utilize $2-$way binding and the initial NumCount value will be $0.$ Once you click the button to print the values it will output the count $($e$.$g$.$ the count of the variables above with step $5$ will be $20).$

You will include the DisplayNumbers component within the NumbersReview page, pass the parameters when calling it where the first $3$ set the start, end, and step values and the final value implements the $2-$way binding above. $(25$ Points$)$
