So the common question at the end should be: "What should the ad account manager in this condition do, if you think (s)he needs to do something?" You're responsible for writing the case study and also answering the question with a best and "comprehensive" answer. It can be a real situation, you have or someone you know have already experienced or it can be just fictional. The situation or case you'll write about must be related with the job definition or responsibilities of ad account managers, and importantly, the case/situation must be a challenging one and require both smart thinking and acting (or not acting but helping or perhaps doing nothing at all).
