$3.$ PLSQL $-$ Employees not assigned to any Department

Write a PLSQL block which should assign department$\_$id and department$\_$manager to the Active employees who does not belong to any department.

Department which you assign to the Active employees should not have any employees tagged to it$.$ Display the newly assigned$/$updated records with other employee details.

Schema tables are given below

Output format should be as below:$-$

Emp$\_$id Emp$\_$name Emp$\_$status Dept$\_$id Dept$\_$name Mgr$\_$name

$1$ jonny Dsouza Active $11$ Internal Services Mildred Viola

Emp$\_$name and Mgr$\_$name should contain the first$\_$name and last$\_$name separated by space.

Note: Add SET SERVEROUTPUT ON; at the beginning and $/$ at the end of the PLSQL Block.
