Hint #$2$: When assigning tasks to workstations, note that you can assign a task to the same workstation as its predecessor if there is time at the workstation. For example, suppose task C is the only predecessor of task F $($C must come before F$),$ and C is already assigned to Workstation $3.$ Then, if task F will fit in the allowed time at Workstation $3,$ you can assign F to workstation $3($along with C$)$; and you just do C before F$.$
