$3.$ Using the appropriate type of flip$-$flops, design and implement a

transfer$/$shift register system which consists of two $6-$bit registers A and B

and has the following operating features:

a$.$ Transfers the contests of register A to register B on the receipt of

the first clock pulse.

b$.$ Increments the contents of register B on the receipt of the second

clock pulse.

c$.$ Shifts the contents of register B two bit positions to the left with

the L$.$S$.$ two flip$-$flops reset to zero on the receipt of the third clock

pulse.

d$.$ Transfers the contents of register B to register A shifted one$-$bit

position to the left with L$.$S$.$ bit of register set to one on the receipt

of the fourth clock pulse
