Her brother has suggested that Maureen should bump up her sales and net profit numbers a bit (Sales of $15,000, with a Net Profit of $5,000) to make it look to the bank like her business is more profitable. If Maureen follows her brothers advice:

A She could be charged with a felony crime.

B She could be charged with a misdemeanor crime.

C She could be charged only with a civil infraction.

D She may have done something morally wrong, but legally she could not be charged with violating RCW 9.38.010.
