Conducting a study to examine the effectiveness of internal control systems at the Institute of

Local Government Studies $($ILGS$)$ in Accra may present several challenges.

assessment of internal controls at ILGS.

Additionally, stakeholders within ILGS, including administrators and staff, may be reluctant to
