Last week we looked at the functional and competitive strategies of an organization. This week, we will look at the organization from the $30,000-$foot level and think in terms of corporate strategies. Corporate strategies can include things like growth strategies, strategies for renewal, or strategies for stabilizing an organization after a significant change in the industry or organization itself.

Read Chapter $6$ in the Coulter textbook.
