4- Case study (15 points) Two US engineers were working on an idea to facilitate the banking transaction by just using fingerprints while shopping in large supermarkets. In a workshop organised by the Directory of Innovation in Albania, on the latest advancement of e-market, both engineers presented their idea in a wide array of participants. Therefore, Company A made a one-year contract with Company B in Kosovo. The latter was the owner of the main supermarkets in Kosovo. The contract was signed in the US and it stipulated that the applicable law will be the US law. After one month of the implementation of the contract in Kosovo, Company A realised that an Albanian Company working in Kosovo had already started to use a similar "finger print payment technology two months ago. It also finds out that the Albanian company did participate in the workshop organised by the Albanian Directory of Invention. In addition, two weeks after the Company A started the business in Kosovo, the government prohibited all e-payment for an undefined period for public policy reasons.
