Think about the skills of a presenter and identify two key areas that they may need to have in order to be more effective when making presentations. Identify specific steps presenters could take to improve on these areas. Provide feedback on ways for them to improve their skills, share specific tips, tricks, and strategies that have been successful when making presentations.

II. Many project proposals inherently include requests for resources to include staff or funding for projects. Discuss what types of information you would need to include with proposals requesting funding. Include discussion of other departments, groups, or individuals you should contact for assistance in assembling the information. Discuss whether the information presented would contain correct information needed for acquiring resources requested in the proposal.
