4. Prepare an Operation Process Chart (OPC) for the assembly of raincoat liners demanded by a customer. Rolls of lining material, ribbons of binding (border), rolls of zipper tape, boxes of zipper hardware, and boxes of labels are purchased and kept in inventory until needed. The zipper is made at a subassembly operation. The roll of zipper tape is cut to length and the zipper hardware attached at a single operation. The zipper is then tested to verify that it operates properly. The lining material is cut into 3 body pieces: a back, a left front, and a right front. At the first sewing operation, the right front is sewn to the back and a label inserted in the long side seam. Then the left front is sewn to the back along the long side seam. The border or binding material is cut to length and sewn to the inside of each armhole, up to the neck opening. The next operation joins the top right and left fronts to the back of the shoulders. Another piece of binding or border material is then cut to length and sewn to the outside edge of the raincoat liner. The zipper is then sewn to the liner and the zipper is checked again for proper operation. The entire liner is then sent to final inspection and subsequently loaded onto a freight trailer for delivery to the customer. Do not do the drawing by hand. Use adequate computer software to draw your chart like Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Visio or Autocad)
