$4$ Year Post$-$OpSesamoids Return to their GroovesCompare the sesamoid position relative to the metatarsal head and crista from immediate post$-$op to four year post$-$op$.$ The sesamoids were pulled out of anatomic alignment intra$-$operatively and over time returned to their anatomic alignment straddling the crista. The sesamoids did not need to be pulled medially, the metatarsal needed to be derotated!
