4.3. Progress Claims and Certificates You will need to complete progress payment claim forms for each of the following stages: 4.3.1. Footing slab/floor framing completion (as appropriate) 4.3.2. Brickwork/frame completion (or roof frame completion) 4.3.3. Lock up/ Close up/ Enclosed 4.3.4. Fixings 4.3.5. Practical completion (or completion in some states) Understand that all of your contract documentation must be completed in accordance with your state or territory's legislation.
