The figure above display the manually operated cutting mechanism used to cut and chop the tender coconut into the desired size. This subassembly is made of food grade stainless steel to address the hygiene during the cutting and chopping of the tender coconuts.

The figure above shows the rigid frame that support the tender coconut cutting and chopping mechanism. This main frame is made
