$(5)$ As Contractor's Representative, calculate and submit your price for V$$riation Order No$.5($VO$5).$ Show all your calculations and include all information you used to arrive at your price. There is no delay to the works due to this variation and all works will be carried out by subcontractors to the Contractor. Reference relevant clauses of the Contract as appropriate.

$(6)$ As Superintendent's Representative, review and respond to the Contractor's Extension of Time claim $($EOT$6)$ and delay costs claim $($VO$6).$ Assume that the Contractor provided a Notice of Delay on $2$ August $2024$ that complied with the requirements of clause $35\mathrm{.}3($b$)$ and $($c$)$ of the Contract. Assume that the Contractor has attached all supporting information to the claim as required by clause $35\mathrm{.}3.$ Assume that the Superintendent approved Variation Claim V$05$ from the previous Event. Reference relevant clauses of the Contract as necessary.

$(7)$ As Superintendent's Representative, deal with the Quantity Surveyor's memo dated $30$ August $2024.$ Reference relevant clause of the Contract as necessary.

$(8)$ As Superintendent's Representative, review and respond to the memo from the Principal's Representative dated $21$ October $2024.$ Note that GST does not apply to a statutory fine. Reference relevant clauses of the Contract as necessary.
