open feedwater heater operates at $2$ MPa followed by reheat at $2$ MPa to $540\backslash$deg C$.$ Condensate

from the closed feedwater heater is trapped into the open feedwater heater and the feedwater

leaves at $18$ MPa with a temperature equal to the saturation temperature at the extraction

pressure. Each turbine stage has an isentropic efficiency of $92\%$ and each pump has an
