For each sub system, Mike develops the system and then Ann tests it. At the beginning, Mike may start developing any system. In each day, each person can only do one task. Each person needs to finish the task already started before starting the next task (i.e., for example, Mike cannot spend one day on sub system 1, then one day on sub system 2, then one day on system 3; once he starts a task, he needs to keep working on it until it is finished).
