"Five people names (Alan, Naz, Sarah, Dana and Zana) are working as a team on a certain project. Zana is the team leader. Zana has been asked by the manager that the deadline will be due in a couple of month. He contacted the team members to have a quick meeting for tomorrow. Tomorrow in the meeting; Naz does not come she wants at least two days notes in advance to attend the meeting. Alan has got a telephone call and went out said urgent Only three people remained in the hall, Zana could not continue because he needs everybody's ideas. So he decided to arrange another meeting after three days. In the second meeting, Zana started talk, Naz does not know what is going on because she did not attend the previous meeting. She asked Alan which was sitting next to her, he gave her wrong information because he left the previous meeting earlier. Sarah, knows they are understanding the things wrong but she did not help. Dana asked Zana to end the meeting because they are tired, but Zana continued because he said we have still a lot of things to do." (20 Marks)
