a$.$ Because the moving expense is $$7500$ per person $($$$75,000$ divided by $10),$ you would use $1080$ as the number of new hires.

b$.$ The total number of instructions is total number of hires divided by $2($because $2$ people are assigned to each experienced employee for On The Job $($OTJ$)$ training.

c$.$ Yes, the average cost of HR employees is $$33/$hr$,$ as it says in the first part of the problem. Instructors are not HR staff. Trainers earn a higher average rate.
