Chapter 4 - 5 Objective Assessment Your company is consulting with a top client, ABC, on a project to implement a new system to process orders more quickly. As with your company, ABC places customer satisfaction as a top priority. You are asked to head up a team to gather more information for the new order processing system so you can then move on to data and process modeling. Below is an organization chart for your client.
