current$\_$balance and total$\_$cost are read from input. estimate$\_$balance$()$ has two parameters balance$\_$on$\_$card and total$\_$receipt,

and outputs the difference of balance$\_$on$\_$card and total$\_$receipt. Call estimate$\_$balance$()$ to output the difference of

current$\_$balance and total$\_$cost without modifying current$\_$balance.
