Design a controller such that

the closed loop system asymptotically tracks steps

the closed loop systems has maximum fractional overshoot less than $0\mathrm{.}15$

the open loop has a crossover frequency at $=2.$

Also, check that Bode plot of the open loop system matches your desired goals $($you can use software to draw the Bode plot$).$
