Based on the requirements, George collaborates with the team to develop a low$-$fidelity

model $($see Figure $4-2)$ that traces requirements to various areas of the model.

The model reflects the stakeholder and functional requirements, resulting in key aspects of solution

design. They are careful not to identify how the requirements will be delivered technically $($using

springs, hinges, etc.$)$ as it is their job, as business analysis practitioners, to refrain from identifying

technical design.

The process of getting the design refined enough for approval involves multiple rounds of updates,

validation from stakeholders that the design reflects their intentions, and revisions based on

stakeholder feedback.

The requirements for the house continue to evolve as the business analysis team iteratively
