Decision$-$Making Biases

This activity is important because you will make important decisions in your career and should understand that people tend to make certain decision errors due to bias. One of the reasons we make bad decisions is because we have to rely on our perceptions. Our perceptions can be useful, but they can also be distorted versions of reality. Perceptions can often be dangerous in decision making because we tend to make assumptions based on them.
