6. In class, we discussed a project management ethics case. Based on your learnings from our class discussion, please evaluate the ethical implications of the case below. (10 points)

Zuri is the project manager for NuHomes Corporation and oversaw several carpenters employed by NuHomes. The current season brought many days of rain. If it rained, Zuri would have to send the carpenters home because no work could be done at the new unfinished construction site when it was raining. If Zuri sends the carpenters home, they would not get any pay and this did not sit well with the carpenters because they had families to care for. Today it rained and Zuri, being one to hate inefficiency (and the potential loss of income for the workers after being sent home), sent some of the carpenters to her personal home to work. At Zuri's home, the roof protected against the rain and the carpenters would work on interior framing, finish carpentry, and hang drywall in Zuri's new addition. For Zuri and the carpenters, this was a 'win-win' arrangement as Zuri's home renovations were completed and the carpenters received company pay, used their skills, and were kept motivated until the rain stopped.
