I need this program to read in data from HowManyHours.txt it contains the names of students, grade, credits, and study hours from 10 students. Make up information in that regard if needed. The program then needs to create a report asks who created the report? what their employee id is? what department you are in? Also the report needs to include Who the report is for? What thier employee id is and what department they are in. Then the program takes all students who used the program and averages all grades, all study hours, and total number of students to use the program. I need the formatting of the report to look like the above.
