6. Opening Vignette Exercise: To execute its innovation strategy, Facebook seeks technical talent with strong skills, previous ac- complishments, and both curiosity and motivation. A good fit with the companys culture, good understanding of online social media, and the ability to work well with others are also important. Reread the opening vignette and its conclusion, and answer the following questions in a group of three to five students. Be prepared to share your answers with the class.
