Like all discussions it should be thoughtful and DETAILED. To say, "my decision is to one day earn a PhD," is a decision, but HOW will you make that decision, and WHAT steps will it take to do so. This discussion should be a series of detailed steps, NOT a statement. Many of you might never have thought that decisions have results and consequences, so please put thought to this, What you write in the discussion should be something that you implement for your future to strengthen your managerial mindset.
