Becoming a Better Receiver

Feedback is essential for succeeding, no matter what level of the organization you occupy. Unfortunately, people are not very good at either giving or receiving feedback. This activity is important beeause being a good receiver of feedback is essential for developing career readiness.

The goal'of this activity is to challenge yourknowledge of the five steps for becoming a better receiver.
