Three Strategic Alternatives Considered and Expected Outcomes This section should have 3-10 citations which could include the S-1 document, popular press articles, press releases, etc. Identify three strategic alternatives that are supported by your analysis. The strategic alternatives need to be based on business level, corporate level, or international strategies discussed in the course. There is no need to recommend a strategy from each. You could, for example, have 3 international strategies or 2 corporate level strategies (e.g., acquisitions) and 1 international strategy.
