$3$:$00$ PM You read a letter you received from the EEOC stating that a former server has filed a complaint against the restaurant for unlawful racial discrimination. You remember she was fired months ago for performance issues but have no documentation in her file.

$4$:$00$ PM Your second$-$best server started wearing a button with $$Vaccines $=$ Murder$$ on it$.$ You told him it was inappropriate and to take it off. He refused and said he would sue if he could not wear it$.$ You fired him.

$5$:$00$ PM Your newly hired hostess showed up for her first day of work wearing a headscarf. You asked her to take it off while working, but she refused, claiming her religion requires her to wear it in public, although she had not worn it during her interview. You fired her.

$6$:$00$ PM The state Department of Environmental Protection sends you a notice that your neighbors have complained about your practice of dumping used cooking oil in the Schuykill River and threatening to close your restaurant within the week until this practice ends.

$7$:$00$ PM In reviewing the system, you found an email your chef sent on his personal account, detailing his intention to begin going to Narcotics Anonymous meetings again. You confronted him. When he admitted he is a recovered opioid user, you fired him.

$8$:$00$ PM Your newest server, whom you know has a bit of a temper, chased down some students who left without paying their bill, and then punched the one who had been talking trash all night.

$9$:$00$ PM Having fired so many staff, you ask your third$-$best server to pull a double shift $($again$)$ and work until closing. You then read an email from the state Attorney General noting that Bistro $24$ is being fined $$400,000$ for scheduling underage workers for more than $9$ hours a day. It turns out that your third$-$best server is $15,$ not $18,$ as he claims to be$.$

$10$:$00$ PM Your delivery boy $($who is actually $78$ years old$)$ caused a $5-$car pileup on Route $95$ when he was texting his girlfriend while driving to his next delivery destination. All vehicles were severely damaged, and $12$ people were taken to area hospitals for various serious injuries.
