(a) W.T. at base of footing with γ sat = 20 kN/m3
(b) W.T. at 0.5m below the surface and  γ sat = 20 kN/m3
(c) If the applied load is 400kN and the W.T. at the surface what will be the factor of safety of the footing against B.C. failure.
