a$)$ Among the tools and methods of concurrent engineering $($CE$)$ are DFXs$.$ Justify the

following statements found written on certain products currently in the market with respect

to the three major elements of design for the environment, which are: Design for

Environmental Manufacturing, Design for Environmental Packaging and Design for

Disposal and Recycling.

after use. The active ingredients are biodegradable and break down rapidly by

natural processes into harmless substances. Wash hands after use. Take care not to

spill on fabrics$/$furnishings$/$carpets as damage will result. Keep in a cool place, store

away from direct sunlight.

iii. Product $C-$ Keep out of the reach of children. Do not breathe aerosol. If swallowed,

seek medical advice immediately and show this label or container. CAUTION: Use

only as directed. Pressurized container. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to

temperatures exceeding $50$ degrees. Extremes of temperature can occur in motor

cars, near ovens and fireplaces. Do not pierce or burn even after use. DO NOT

SPRAY DIRECTLY ONTO SURFACES. In case of contact with surfaces wipe

immediately with damp cloth. DO NOT SPRAY DIRECTLY ONTO FOOD OR

FABRICS. $5\%$ by mass of contents are flammable. People suffering from perfume

sensitivity should be cautious when using this product. Air fresheners do not replace

good hygiene practices. Solvent abuse can kill instantly. Aerosols do not contain

CFC$\text{'}$s please recycle when empty.

iv$.$ Product D $-$ Paper that's part of your life. Acid$-$free. Archive friendly. Earth$-$kind.
