A, B and C break into Mr Lims shop.

A steals a television. A sells the television to Lulu who operates a store selling second hand electrical equipment.

B steals money (i.e. RBF banknotes). B uses to the money to buy beer from Fattys Liquor Shop. Fatty places the money in his safe.

C steals money. He gives it to his mother. Mother asks, Where did you get this money? C answers, I found it. Mother places the money in a jar. She plans to use it to pay rent due to Landlord.

Subsequently the police locate (and are able to identify) the television in Lulus store, the money in the safe, and the money in the jar.

Lim claims he is entitled to the return of all the stolen property. Is he? Yes he is entitled for the stolen property as they were all stolen from his place
