In this order fulfillment process, when an order is received by the sales department it is submitted to the credit & billing department for a credit check. If the customer's credit is OK, the order proceeds. The shipping department then checks to see if the goods ordered are on hand. If yes they then pick and ship the goods together with a delivery docket. A copy of the delivery docket is sent to the credit & billing department for them to prepare and send an invoice to the customer. You are required to indicate for each of the letters shown in the department column, which department it is.
