The B interviews are based on a 1% sample of the completed surveys from the prior month. The sample varies widely due to difference in monthly admissions, the rate at which surveys are completed, and the willingness of the patient to participate in the telephone 5 interview. The data below records the total number of the patients' concerns noted by the interviewers.
