Analysis and Proposal




Your friend is back, and she would like some help in organizing and storing information related to her clients. This is the information she has:

1. First name and last name of the physicians.
2. The name of the physician's group to which they are associated, and it's address.
3. The records her team are transcribing, the date of transcription, and the amount of time for each transcription. This is important for monthly billing.
4. The staff member doing the transcription (first name and last name)

What she would like from you is:

1. A description of the rules of relational database normalization (the description can be stopped after the first three rules)
2. A basic relational database table structure for storing the data, with fields and relationships defined. 
3. Your proposal on the technology she should use to store it. She has a copy of MS Access. Would this work for her? Why or why not?
