A basic supply chain consists of product$/$services flow, information flow, cash flow and demand flow, as illustrated in Figure $1$ below. Using Mercedes Benz, an automobile assembly company in South Africa, advise the management of the company on how they can manage these supply chain flows to remain competitive in the automotive industry. Explain each supply chain flow linking it to Mercedes Benz operations and give example of each flow.
