Client Relationship Manager, You told me that my product would be delivered on Friday and nothing showed up. We sent you everything that you needed and you confirmed. This cost us money, anticipated exposure for the brand, and lack of confidence with future buyers. It was also personally embarrassing to host an event with no product.
