A company is considering the Main Attribute Sub-Attribute с expansion of their operations by opening new facilities in two of 5 Level of 5 cities: A, B, C, D, and E. Eight Education Consultants attributes under 4 main attributes Literacy Rate have been identified for this Political Political decision. A rating system from 1 Aspects Stability (least desirable city) to 5 (most Liability Laws desirable one) is used for the Environmental evaluation. 

Regulations 

a. Using AHP, obtain attribute Social Aspects Language weights. Build your own unique comparison matrices Acceptability to conduct AHP Economic Incentives 

b. Using the attribute weights Factor obtained in part (a), determine the most appropriate cities via factor rating method. 

c. Conduct a sensitivity analysis by considering the attribute weights change between the attributes of economic factor and political stability for the alternatives A, B, and E.
