A concrete basement wall $10$ ft$.$ high for a building has dimensions of $60$ ft wide and $100$ ft long. A single monolithic placement of the concrete into the walls is planned. Thus, the entire formwork system is to be built and erected before placement of the concrete, thereby preventing any reuse of the forms.

The forms will be constructed using plywood and dimension lumber. Use average values from Table $10\mathrm{.}1$ and the unit cost of material and labor as shown in Example $10\mathrm{.}3$ to estimate the total cost and cost per SFCA for the formwork.
