A. Consider purchases using a credit card

1. Create a list of supplies that you will purchase using a credit card. You must

include at least 4 charges to your card. State the date, the supplier, the products,

and the charge amount.

2. For this credit card:

a. your billing period is monthly, and the finance charge is 1 % based on your

average daily balance, and

b. your starting balance at the beginning of the period, October 5, is $200,

c. on October 26, you make a payment of $100.

d. end of period is 4 November.

3. For your credit card activity described in part A, calculate each of the following:

a. Average Daily Balance

b. Finance Charge

c. New Balance
