Please develop an economical and safe retaining wall design, taking into account criteria such as sliding, overturning, and bearing capacity. The necessary dimensions of the wall are provided below. Incorporate your calculations for shear strength angle from the first homework assignment report.

Each group member should design a retaining wall using the same soil properties and considering the dimensions provided below.

The water level at the site will be lowered using dewatering pumps; therefore, please disregard the water level in your designs.

The soil behind the wall will either be sloped or a surcharge load will be considered. Therefore, please DO NOT design with consideration for both of these situations at a time.
