A: Current Legal Issue Statements

Write down and submit on a WORD.DOC entitled Your LastNameBizLawA4, ten (10) separate legal issues that are currently being litigated in a court system right now.

Most likely they will be at the Appeals or Supreme Court levels

These are one sentence questions called Issue Statements and are the I in IRAC, which is the judicial systems critical think methodology for resolving all disputes that come before the Courts to be litigated (means resolved in court, a legal resolution to a dispute).

Each Issue Statement will start with the word whether and include in the issue statement sentence the word when somewhere that is appropriate. There are two aspects that comprise your issue, one is the legal rule and the other material facts of the circumstance.
