ABC company is in the practice of hiring candidates giving false assurances of giving offer letter or appointment letter to them after joining the company, but in reality, the employees working there do not have any document proof to show they are the employees of ABC company. One day, Mr. Aron falls sick in the course of employment after drinking contaminated water that was supplied to the premises by the agency.
