Note: Save the questions you have developed. Your team will conduct interviews with the managers of restaurant or foodservice operations selected by the team. These interviews will include the questions you have developed in this chapter, as well as questions from previous chapters. You may want to use the interview form $($template$)$ in the Field Project Information Handbook at the end of this book, or develop an interview form of your own to list your interview questions. This form can then be used to record the managers$$ responses when you conduct your interview.
