A. Develop an Action Plan to respond in response to the evaluation report and the feedback you have received by management during the meeting.

B. a ROLE PLAY meeting with the management team. You must now meet with the team to implement the action plan you have developed to address the recommendations in your evaluation report and any feedback which was received. The Assessor will play the role of the team during the role play.

To prepare for the role play:

You must review the action plan you developed as this is the basis of the consultation with the team on how to implement the recommendations.

During the role play you will need to demonstrate that you have:

1. Discussed each action in the plan you have developed
2. Ensured that the team clearly understand the recommendations and actions required
3. Applied effective questioning and active listening techniques.
