(a) EHS stands for Environment, Health, and Safety. It's a general term used to refer to laws, rules, regulations, professions, programs, and workplace efforts to protect the health and safety of employees and the public as well as the environment from hazards associated with the workplace. Explain the environmental Standards and regulations related to environmental safety and health. 

(b) The planning is an integral part of all elements of the management system and to be effective involves the design and development of suitable processes and organizational structure to manage the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) aspects and their associated risk control systems proportionately to the needs, hazards, and risks of the organization. 

i. Explain the main responsibilities of the management commitment to support the performance goals of the EHS program.  

ii- Describe the sources of information to identify applicable EHS aspects and to assess the risk associated with each.
